What are dark circles?
‘Eye bags’ and dark shadows in the eye area are very common. The causes of dark under eye circles are typically something temporary, age-related, or hereditary, that leads to loss of volume in the eye area and exposes the orbital bone, creating a hollow trough that shows up as a dark circle. With age, the skin around the eye thins, exposing the tiny blood vessels that lie just below.
Recommended products for dark circles and marks

I have a Naevus of Ota, that covers the left upper and lower eyelids and left side of the face. An Ota type of naevus is quite rare and the discolouration in my case is very dark grey, which can be one of the worst colours to camouflage. Dermablend allows me to blend in, rather than stand out negatively.
Covering my birthmark does make me feel less exposed to negative attention from strangers and more able to blend in socially. I enjoyed Dermablend for the fact it was so light to the touch and not feel heavy on the face and eye, where makeup can rub off or curdle due to the length of time it is worn.
